Hi folks!  I’ll keep this short because…it’s….so…hard…to…type…with…all…this…snow…and…wind… Don’t…have…much…time… Save…yourself…

I wrote a guest post over at my friend Ashley’s blog on the importance of core stability in protecting your body and maintaining your joints if you’re an endurance runner.
